The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof; you purchase or otherwise receive from us.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check or Money Order (no CODs) U.S. CURRENCY ONLY payable to Aristo JS Cosmetics.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

• No returns or exchanges without prior authorization.
• If a product is defective, Aristo JS Cosmetics must be notified within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment.
• Any shortage must be reported immediately upon receipt of merchandise.
• Damages due to shipping should be reported to both the carrier and Aristo JS Cosmetics.
• Aristo JS Cosmetics will not pay for any rush shipping charges under any condition.

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ARISTO JS COSMETICS purchase, simply return the unused portion within 30 days, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Aristo JS Cosmetics products.

• We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.

SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect state Sales tax on orders being shipped to the state of Pennsylvania.
